Men and women who are aware and desirous. They have some self-awareness that their deepest hindrances are relational. They are also desirous to put in the ‘head, heart & hands' work needed to thrive personally and professionally.

Do you work with leaders in non-profit or religious settings?
I work in a for-profit setting, with clients coming a variety of business settings. However, most of my professional life was spent working with religious organizations. So I have extensive practical experience and formal training that enhances my sensitivity to unique challenges in non-profit & religious settings. If you are a leader navigating challenges in this type of environment, I can help.
Do you work with leaders, even if their ’team’ is a marriage in which they co-lead with their spouse?
Framing this difficult - yet extremely rewarding! - relationship in such a way resonates with me. So, occasionally, the team I work with directly is a marriage. My own professional experience in working with marriage teams allows me draw upon much experience. My own journey through 20-plus years of marriage ups-and-downs also enables me sit with others in an empathic place.
